Experience

  • Assists with the management of cases from client intake through settlement or trial.
  • Conducts legal research and drafts memoranda analyzing various legal issues.
  • Drafts pleadings and dispositive and post-judgment motions and engages in discovery including the review and drafting of documents and conducting depositions.
  • Negotiates settlement agreements consistent with client goals.
  • Advises clients on developing strategies to achieve goals and managing risks informed by best practices and business objectives.
  • In prior roles, she represented clients in all stages of litigation in municipal court and made recommendations to county leadership on policy, legislative, and HR matters.
