Alexander represents a wide range of public and privately held companies varying from small businesses to fortune 500 clients on business and corporate law matters. His practice focuses on business law, general corporate work, and commercial transactions with a specialization in mergers and acquisitions. Alexander also operates as an outside general counsel and advisor to many clients on their day-to-day business operations and issues.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Counsels clients and interfaces with opposing counsel on M&A deals, contract negotiations, general corporate governance issues, incorporation, and contract issues.
- Represents clients with M&A transactions including drafting purchase agreements and ancillary documents, working directly with clients on all aspects of each deal, coordinating with cross-disciplinary practices on diligence and other matters, and managing each stage of the transaction.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with clients and current or potential customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Previous experience as a contracts lead negotiating contract terms and conditions, payments, scope of work, and contractual compliance.
