Donald J. Mooney, Jr.

Retired Partner

Don retired in 2016 after spending 28 years with Ulmer. Don’s practice concentrated on civil trials and appeals; employment and labor relations; antitrust, trade secrets, securities and business litigation; and land use law. He represented employers in federal and state litigation involving noncompete agreements and discrimination. In SEC investigations and related securities litigation, he represented officers of companies.
