Retired Partner

Ron retired from Ulmer in 2016 following a 43-year career. He focused his practice on advising clients on taxation, employee benefits (including ESOPs), executive compensation, ERISA litigation, employment law, health care law, estate planning, and corporate law issues. Throughout his career, he advised businesses of all sizes on the design and maintenance of various employee pension and welfare benefit programs.
