Megan B. Gramke

Partner | Co-Chair, eDiscovery

Megan focuses her practice on complex litigation, including product liability defense and insurance coverage cases. She represents medical device, pharmaceutical, and other manufacturers on a local and national level. Her experience includes defense of claims pertaining to antidepressants, cancer medications, cardiac drugs, dietary supplements, and medical devices.

Megan is also experienced in insurance coverage litigation, including high-exposure matters involving alleged mass tort and environmental pollution. She has represented insurance companies in declaratory judgment and bad faith actions. She handles all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Megan is the co-chair of the firm’s eDiscovery group and has been named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
