The Ulmer & Berne LLP intellectual property and technology group has a history dating back to the inception of the Internet in assisting and advising clients on a wide range of ebusiness-related issues. In this capacity, the intellectual property and technology group has been involved in client engagements in nearly every aspect of ebusiness and e-commerce, and has advised clients on structuring businesses, comsummating transactions and dealing with legal issues that span nearly every facet of ebusiness and e-commerce.  These issues include:
