CLEVELAND (August 12, 2009) — Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today that it has hired Dana R. Ellis as Executive Director for the Firm. Mr. Ellis has had an extensive career in professional services with leadership roles in finance, administration and human resources. He was formerly the Chief Operating Officer for Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan in Los Angeles. Prior to that Mr. Ellis was a Vice President with Fifth Third Bank and a Partner for Arthur Andersen.
