Cleveland (October 30, 2009) — Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today the addition of three new associates to the Firm. Erika Imre Schindler and Edward D. Muransky joined the Firm’s Cleveland office while Regan N. Merkel joined the Firm’s Cincinnati office.
Erika Imre Schindler earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall Law School (2008) where she was Managing Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. She received her B.A. and Certificate of Criminology, both cum laude, from Cleveland State University (2003). Erika is fluent in both Hungarian and Romanian.
Edward D. Muransky earned both his J.D. (2009) and B.B.A. (2006) from the University of Michigan.
Regan N. Merkel earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law (2009) and her B.A. from Yale University (2003). Regan, along with her partner from the University of Kentucky College of Law, took second place in the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) National Trial Competition. The competition is the most prestigious law school trial competition in the nation. She also participated in the Kentucky Law Journal Review. Regan is fluent in Russian.
