David J. Lindner Appointed Treasurer of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Real Estate Section

CLEVELAND (October 23, 2009) — Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today that David J. Lindner, an attorney in the Firm’s Real Estate Group, was recently appointed to the position of Treasurer for the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) Real Estate Section.  The Real Estate Law Section of the CMBA keeps its members up-to-date on issues relating to real estate law.  The over 5,000-member Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association is a private, non-profit organization which provides a wide variety of membership services and operates as a center for legal professionalism –  promoting integrity and ethical behavior among lawyers. 

As an attorney with Ulmer & Berne, David’s practice focuses on all facets of residential and commercial real estate, including acquisition and disposition, financing, development, leasing, zoning, and condominium law. He represents owners, developers, contractors and governmental entities. David also has experience representing individual owners, owners’ associations, and developers in residential property issues and disputes.   He received both his J.D., and his B.A., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University.
