CINCINNATI (November 25, 2009) — Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today the addition of Kenneth R. Craycraft Jr. as Counsel to its Litigation Department. Before joining Ulmer & Berne, Ken was COO and General Counsel for a closely held Ohio company. Prior to that, he practiced for several years in the Cincinnati office of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey.

As an attorney with Ulmer & Berne, Ken’s practice focuses on various aspects of commercial and products liability litigation, especially pharmaceutical and medical device defense. He has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star by Law & Politics magazine. Ken received his J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law. He also holds a Ph.D. from Boston College, an M.A. from the University of Cincinnati, M.A. and M.Div. degrees from Cincinnati Christian University, and his B.A. from Malone College.
