CLEVELAND (February 12, 2010) — Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today that four of its attorneys have been appointed to various committees within the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO).  There are 30 standing committees and all appointments are made by the IPO President.  The selected Ulmer & Berne attorneys include: 
 
    • Eric M. Robbins, Partner – Patent Law (U.S.) Committee (Patent Division)
    • Wayne M. Serra, Partner – Standards Setting Committee (Antitrust & Competition Law Division)
    • Clayton L. Kuhnell, Associate – Patent Law and Practice (International) Committee (International IP Law & Practice Division)
    • Lisa Marlo Miller, Associate – Pharmaceutical Issues Committee (Patent Division)
