At a Glance Ron’s practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation law, representing publicly and privately held corporations and tax exempt entities, their respective boards of directors and trustees and compensation committees, as well as representing individual executives and executive teams. He consults with clients to develop executive compensation arrangements and employee benefit plans, including developing and revising such arrangements and plans within the context of initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions. In addition to the experience gained in over 35 years of working as a legal advisor, during more than 20 years, Ron also consulted on compensation, employee benefits and related issues from the client perspective as chair of the employee benefits committee of a major regional law firm and as board chair of a local tax exempt entity. He is included in The Best Lawyers in America®, Employee Benefits Law (2006-2012).
