Ken holds extensive experience in both business litigation and white-collar criminal defense. In business litigation, his concentrations include broker-dealer defense, trade secrets/unfair competition, contract disputes and health care. His white-collar criminal defense background includes antitrust; fraud; SEC, NYSE and NASD investigations; income tax and health care. He also has 12 years of service with the U.S. Department of Justice, concentrating in the investigation and prosecution of organized crime and complex fraud cases.
