Scott focuses on advising businesses and their owners with corporate transactions, estate planning and probate matters. In corporate transactions, he negotiates and drafts documents for both stock and asset transactions for the sale and purchase of businesses. He also prepares incorporations, limited liability company formations, dissolutions, reorganizations and implementation strategies to minimize federal and state taxes. Scott offers estate planning and counsel on a variety of trust instruments. He also probates and administers estates in Ohio and Kentucky.
Ulmer & Berne LLP announces that partner B. Scott Boster has been nominated by the American Cancer Society as their honoree for the Voices of Giving Award. Mr. Boster will receive the honor on Wednesday, June 11 at the 16th Annual Voices of Giving Awards Ceremony.
Voices of Giving is an annual event that allows Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council members to recognize philanthropists who have made a bequest or other planned gift. The organization also recognizes a professional advisor for their efforts in educating their clients about the benefits of leaving bequests to charity. Mr. Boster has successfully raised awareness about the mission of the American Cancer Society and has promoted collaboration between his clients and the organization.
Mr. Boster advises businesses and their owners on corporate transactions, estate planning and probate matters. He also offers estate planning and counsel on a variety of trust instruments in both Ohio and Kentucky.
Mr. Boster is an active member of the Wyoming School Board, named a Five Star Wealth Manager by Cincinnati Magazine and has been a Cincy Leading Lawyer in Mergers & Acquisitions since 2007. He has a B.S., cum laude, from Miami University and his J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law.
