Jennifer represents clients on a variety of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and financing transactions. She counsels privately held businesses on a wide range of corporate and legal related issues, including corporate structuring and restructuring and general corporate matters. Jennifer also has experience working with individuals and privately held companies with respect to business formation, private placements, employment and consulting agreements, non-competition agreements, shareholders’ agreements and operating agreements.
