At a Glance Melissa’s practice focuses on complex corporate and commercial litigation in federal and state courts throughout Ohio and the Midwest region. She also works extensively on class action litigation as it relates to state and federal banking and consumer lending laws. Her experience covers virtually all aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and the preparation of fact and expert witnesses for trial. In addition, she advises clients on prelitigation matters.
