At a Glance
Chaz focuses his practice on real estate law.  He represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition, sale and development of a variety of commercial real estate projects.  Chaz has experience assisting both lenders and borrowers in negotiating borrowing and refinancing transactions.  His practice also includes the representation of landlords and tenants in retail leasing matters and the handling of significant real estate related litigation.
