Ashley’s business litigation practice encompasses a broad range of complex commercial and banking disputes as well as business torts, contract disputes, product liability matters and intellectual property litigation.

In private practice, Ashley has worked on a variety of cases from small contract disputes and pharmaceutical product liability matters to a 10-figure patent invalidity case that proceeded to trial in fewer than 12 months.

As a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Patricia A. Gaughan in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Ashley advised the Court on the full range of pending civil matters including trade secret disputes, actions to enforce non-compete agreements, breaches of fiduciary duty, fraudulent transfers, UCC matters and violations of the Securities Exchange Act.
