A certified specialist in employment and labor law, Stephanie is an Ohio Super Lawyer and has been recognized by her peers, for three consecutive years, as one of the top 50 women attorneys in the state of Ohio and one of the Top 25 women attorneys in Cleveland. She defends claims of sexual harassment and all other forms of discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract and wrongful discharge. She counsels businesses regarding all aspects of employment including contracts, severance agreements, avoidance of employment lawsuits and compliance with federal and state statutes governing overtime pay, exemptions and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Stephanie provides legal advice regarding structuring of independent contractor and consulting agreements. She litigates commercial disputes and serves as an arbitrator and mediator.
