His concentration in the cutting-edge areas of technology transactions, licensing and transfer, intellectual property protection, data security and privacy, Internet and eCommerce and bioscience law serves numerous clients in both established and emerging businesses. His experience in corporate and securities law includes private equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures of businesses; financing structures; and federal and state securities compliance.
