At a Glance
Greg’s practice focuses on corporate reorganizations, creditors’ rights, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general taxation.  He represents parties in all aspects of corporate restructurings in federal and state court, including Chapter 11 reorganizations and receiverships.  He has also helped facilitate and complete financing transactions and corporate acquisitions.  Greg handles the many tax issues that arise while representing clients in these matters.
