At a Glance Complex commercial litigation, arbitration, securities litigation, employment litigation and antitrust and trade regulation comprise Peter’s areas of concentration. He has extensive experience representing brokerage firms in disputes with customers; employment discrimination, restrictive covenants and other disputes with employees; and disputes with other brokerage firms and trading professionals. Peter’s business litigation work includes antitrust, securities, intellectual property, insurance coverage, breach of contract and ERISA. He regularly serves as a panel chairman or panel member in NASD securities arbitrations.
