Business litigation is the focus of Reem’s practice. She represents companies of all sizes in various aspects of litigation including discovery, motion practice and trial preparation. Reem represents clients with regard to product defects, contract disputes, employment-related issues, insurance coverage and business disputes.

  • Assisted in securing a permanent injunction and a multi-million dollar jury verdict in favor of a national accounting and business services firm.
  • Assisted in securing a defense verdict in an employment case alleging that the restrictive covenants of a former employee were unenforceable under Ohio law.
  • Assisted in securing a verdict in favor of a national business services firm in a case involving claims for breach of contract and violation of the Lanham Act.
  • Assisted in securing a defense verdict on behalf of a bank in a class action involving claims of fraud, civil conspiracy, and violations of the Uniform Commercial Code.
