At a Glance With more than 25 years of trial experience and an engineering degree, Fritz’s extensive background in complex litigation includes construction disputes, product liability and environmental litigation, class action claims and toxic tort litigation. In business litigation, his concentration is in contract and transactional disputes, professional liability and intellectual property litigation, including copyright/trademark and trade secrets disputes. Fritz has extensive trial experience throughout Ohio and other jurisdictions. He is an “Ohio Super Lawyer” (2004-2011) and a Cincy Business “Leading Lawyer” (2005).
