Wayne practices in the areas of intellectual property creation and enforcement, with emphasis on software and computing devices.  He is a software engineer and registered patent attorney who has represented two of the top United States patent filers.  Wayne has also counseled mid-sized and emerging companies on a wide variety of IP matters, including enforcement of intellectual property rights, strategic portfolio advice, and the valuation, management, and monetization of IP portfolios.  He previously served as Senior Intellectual Property Counsel for a medical imaging system manufacturer that is one of the top 200 companies in the Fortune Global 500.  Wayne has substantial experience in patent litigation, licensing, and due diligence for technology transactions.  Wayne also serves as a member of the Standards Setting Committee (Antitrust & Competition Law Division) of the Intellectual Property Owners Association.
