Drawing on his engineering background and 10 years of legal experience, Michael concentrates his practice on complex commercial real estate transactions and corporate law.  His representation includes commercial real estate acquisitions, development, leasing and financing.  Michael also assists corporate clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance and shareholder relations and dispute resolution.  
 

He has extensive experience representing commercial real estate developers, sophisticated lenders, property owners, entrepreneurs, landlords and tenants in a range of commercial transactions. Michael also advises individuals on estate planning matters.
