He represents major financial institutions, community banks and other creditors in structuring and documenting new financing arrangements, as well as loan workouts and related creditor rights. He also assists entrepreneurs in the growth of their emerging and middle-market businesses and advises many closely held businesses on transactional and general corporate matters.
