At a Glance
Gina is experienced in managing complex and individual litigation and has represented some of the nation’s leading retailers, sports and exercise equipment manufacturers and distributors, and technology and pharmaceutical companies. She is currently managing the firm's hormone-replacement therapy litigation for a top pharmaceutical company.  She has extensive experience in multi-district litigation and class action litigation involving products, contract and labor issues. Gina also is experienced in all aspects of state and federal civil litigation, including pleadings and motion practice, pretrial discovery, trial preparation, trial practice, and appeals. She was named an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star by Law & Politics. Gina also serves as a Regional Editor for the Ohio Tort Law Journal and co-chairs the Firm’s Women’s Professional Development Committee.
