- Representation of two local Boards of Education and property owners in property tax complaints before the Board of Revision and Ohio Board of Tax Appeals.
- Representation of not-for-profit, charitable and educational institutions in property taxation exemption applications.
- Representation of property owners in connection with various property tax incentive agreements (TIF, Enterprise Zone, Tax Abatement).
- Representation of business owners in various zoning matters, working with city building and zoning officials across the Midwest to resolve questions, and has appeared before the Cleveland Board of Zoning Appeals, the Cleveland Planning Commission and City Council Committees to defend against zoning initiatives.
