At a Glance
Real estate law and business law are Megan’s focus. She represents parties in the acquisition, leasing and sale of commercial, industrial and retail properties. Before the Board of Revision and Board of Tax Appeals, she represents local property owners and local school boards in commercial property tax challenges. In various zoning matters, Megan represents business owners, and has worked with city building and zoning officials across the Midwest to resolve questions. She has appeared before the Cleveland Board of Zoning Appeals, the Cleveland Planning Commission and City Council Committees to defend against rezoning initiatives and has litigated land-use compliance and takings questions. Further, she has handled development projects with unique title issues.
