At a Glance Adrienne focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling. She has successfully sought court enforcement of employment-related restrictive covenants. She has prosecuted and defended claims of workplace discrimination, wrongful discharge, tortious interference, defamation and breach of contract. In addition, she assists employers with drafting and implementing workplace rules and policies. She is knowledgeable on issues arising out of workplace monitoring and investigations. She advises employers on compliance with federal statutes and regulations including, Title II and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Worker Readjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and analogous state and local employment regulations.
