Stan represents a variety of corporate and other entities in formation, general business and commercial matters representing both large and small clients. He has been involved in the negotiation and documentation of the sale and purchase of businesses through both asset purchase and stock purchase agreements.

Stan has experience in employee benefit and executive compensation issues and compliance. He has assisted with reviewing employee benefit plans and the applicability of Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and related regulations. Stan also has prepared comprehensive research materials on Section 125 plans, Section 409A, Medicare benefits, individual retirement accounts and ERISA issues generally.
