At a Glance Chair of the Subrogation Group and a Certified Fire Explosion Investigator (CFEI), Larry is an experienced trial lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of subrogation, fire litigation, construction litigation and business litigation. He has assisted numerous insurance companies in subrogation actions in state and federal courts to recover millions of dollars involving fire losses, defective products and machinery, negligence and carrier liability. Larry also represents product manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, contractors and property owners in defense of claims arising from fire losses. In doing so, Larry has extensive expertise in site investigations to determine the origin and cause of losses. Practicing in state and federal courts, he has extensive experience in all aspects of business and construction litigation, including contract, fraud, fiduciary duty, securities and RICO claims.
