At a Glance Greg litigates complex business and commercial cases, including class actions. Covering a diverse range of substantive issues, these cases entail claims of breach of contract, including noncompetition agreements; business torts; antitrust and civil RICO violations; trade secret misappropriation; and products liability. His background also includes white collar criminal defense and internal investigations of public corporations. As a member of the firm’s internal Ethics Committee, Greg regularly advises lawyers within the firm on matters of legal ethics. He also serves on the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Certified Grievance Committee.
