Brad's focus is on commercial transactions and real estate and related transactions. With significant experience negotiating and drafting purchase, sale, financing, leasing and construction agreements, he advises domestic and international companies on commercial, industrial and residential property development and general business issues. Brad also practices in the area of Trust and Estate Planning. Brad presently, and in the past, has served as general counsel and national leasing counsel to several internationally based companies. He is an active member of the Illinois Bar and maintains an office in both the firm's Cincinnati and Chicago offices. Brad is also active in civic and internationally focused organizations.

Brad is the editor of the Real Estate Advisor Law blog (www.realestateadvisorlawblog.com), a tool that highlights articles and observations of Ulmer & Berne attorneys on various trends and opportunities affecting the commercial real estate industry, and a frequent speaker on internet and social media issues.
