- General litigation in state and federal court, including peadings, discovery, motion practice and trial preparation.
- Involved in managing complex litigation for pharmaceuticals, inculding discovery and management of electronic evidence.
- Counsels clients on FDA and FTC regulations on all aspects of product labeling and promotional materials.
- Prepared and facilitated ongoing prosecution of patent applications at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and international patent applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty.
- Experienced and trained independent researcher in genetic techniques including polymerase chain reaction (PCR), cloning, sequencing, bacterial protein expression, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning election microscopy (SEM), and immunoflourescent microscopy.
