At a Glance Since joining the firm in 1977, Chris has represented domestic and foreign businesses in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, financings and commercial transactions. He has served as general counsel, secretary and advisor to public and privately owned companies. He chairs the International Practice Group at Ulmer & Berne. He is a past Chairman, former Member of the Executive Committee, and current Recruiting Director of Lawyers Associated Worldwide (LAW), an association of over 110 independent business law firms representing a global resource of nearly 4,500 individual lawyers.
