At a Glance
James' practice concentrates on the asset management, hedge fund, and financial services industries, including regulatory and compliance matters, enforcement proceedings, securities litigation, internal investigations, broker-dealer disputes, complex civil litigation, and bankruptcy litigation.  Prior to entering the law, James worked as a financial analyst in international finance and consulting, including in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.
