Overview 
At a Glance
Focused on corporate law, employment and labor law and business litigation, Stephen serves as general counsel to a variety of local and national companies. With his 30+ years of related experience, he counsels small, medium and large companies on a wide array of corporate, business, employment, labor and succession planning issues. In addition, he represents both management and union clients in the private and public sectors, handling labor negotiations, grievance arbitrations and proceedings before the NLRB, EEOC and OCRC.
