At a Glance A partner with Ulmer & Berne LLP and Chair of the Firm's Toxic Tort Defense Group, Bruce defends all types of industrial exposure cases. He administers and defends asbestos and silica claims for numerous clients in both federal and state courts. He has more than 30 years of experience in defending product liability claims, handling bodily injury claims for both plaintiffs and defendants, and representing owners, architects, and contractors in construction litigation cases. He also has extensive experience in major business litigation as well as successfully mediating business and real estate disputes.
