Ping’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, corporate governance, public company compliance and international business transactions.  Ping also represents clients in technology transactions and intellectual property rights protections.  Ping has substantial corporate and legal experience in China.  Ping worked as a claim manager at China Shipowners’ Mutual Assurance Association located in Beijing, China. While in China, his responsibilities included independently representing shipowners on various matters in China and other countries.
