David focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation. He has experience in a wide variety of coverage matters involving many kinds of policies and endorsements. He prosecutes and defends declaratory judgment actions concerning coverage. David also concentrates in appellate work, having argued appeals in the Ohio Supreme Court and many appellate courts throughout Ohio.
