Overview 
At a Glance
Scott chairs the firm’s Shopping Center Group as the result of his nationwide representation of landlords and tenants in the development and lease up of shopping centers.  Additionally, Scott counsels clients on other real estate and business transactions and general business law.  As partner-in-charge of our Cincinnati office, Scott is responsible for its leadership, operations, business development and client relationships. He is also a member of the firm’s Management Committee.  He was named an “Ohio Super Lawyer” (2004-2009).
