In addition to Jamie’s work in the Construction Practice Group, he also has broad exposure to complex commercial insurance defense and produce liability matters.  Jamie’s trial experience includes first chair representation of sureties and general contractors in both arbitration and traditional trial court settings (including actions for emergency injunctive relief).  He has also successfully defended Ohio employers against multi-million dollar wrongful death claims.  He has drafted and argued appellate briefs for various courts, including the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, various Ohio District Courts of Appeal and the Ohio State Supreme Court.
