At a Glance

Natalie represents companies of all sizes, from individual proprietorships to large, national corporations, in state and federal court, administrative proceedings, arbitration, and mediation.

Natalie’s practice focuses on employment and labor litigation and business litigation. Natalie also counsels employers on compliance with workplace laws and regulations. 

Natalie has experience defending cases involving allegations of: age, race, gender, disability, and national origin discrimination; retaliation; sexual harassment; wrongful discharge; wage and hour violations;  intentional infliction of emotional distress; intentional, fraudulent, and negligent misrepresentations; breach of contract; breach of fiduciary duty; and product defects.
