She is experienced in complex litigation, including multi-district litigation and nationally consolidated proceedings involving manufacturers and distributors of dietary supplements and pharmaceutical products.  Jennifer is experienced in handling all aspects of state and federal litigation, including trial preparation and final resolution of the case.

  • Experienced in defending a national broker-dealer against claims of negligence and Ohio Securities Act violations arising from a ponzi scheme.
  • Experienced in representing healthcare providers in all aspects of professional malpractice suits, including trial.
  • Obtained summary judgment for healthcare providers and a builder in lawsuits alleging professional malpractice and fraud.
  • Experienced in resolving cases through alternative dispute resolutions.
  • Experienced in handling all aspects of state and federal litigation, including pleadings and motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, trial, appeal and final case resolution.
