Jennifer has extensive experience in defending complex litigation, including business and commercial litigation, employment litigation, and product liability litigation.  In the product liability area, she has managed and litigated mass tort and multi-district litigation involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices.  Jennifer is experienced in all aspects of state and federal civil litigation.  In addition to defending cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States, Jennifer also has extensive experience in arbitration and mediation.  She was named an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star by Law & Politics and Cincinnati magazines.
