Harold brings clients more than 40 years' experience in real estate and corporate law. His extensive experience includes all aspects of development, construction, financing and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial real estate. He often represents property owners in real estate tax reduction administrative proceedings, appeals and litigation. In corporate law, he generally counsels small to medium-size businesses. Included in The Best Lawyers in America®, for over 25 consecutive years, Real Estate Law (1983-2010).  He is also an “Ohio Super Lawyer” (2004-2008)
