- Recently served as special counsel to the City of Shaker Heights in connection with real estate matters.
- Recently represented an investment group in the successful acquisition of mortgage loan and fee ownership of a major office building complex in Beachwood, Ohio.
- Represents a community development corporation in connection with the redevelopment of an abandoned apartment building involving historical renovation and low-income tax credits.
- Represented a non-profit agency in the development and construction of three child-care "Head Start" school facilities involving approximately $8 million in construction contracts.
