  • Extensive experience representing property owners in real estate tax reduction administrative proceedings, appeals and litigation.
  • Recently represented a community non-profit agency and religious institution in connection with a $16 million renovation project.
  • Involved in the development, financing, sale and leasing of numerous nursing homes.
  • Recently served as special counsel to the City of Shaker Heights in connection with real estate matters.
  • Recently represented an investment group in the successful acquisition of mortgage loan and fee ownership of a major office building complex in Beachwood, Ohio.
  • Represents a community development corporation in connection with the redevelopment of an abandoned apartment building involving historical renovation and low-income tax credits.
  • Represented a non-profit agency in the development and construction of three child-care "Head Start" school facilities involving approximately $8 million in construction contracts.
